Pricing
YourBusyBee.com typically
charges on an hourly or retainer basis.
In general, the hourly,
or "pay-as-you-go" rate is best for customers who don't
know yet how many hours per month they might need services, or for
specific projects.
Retainer rates are
billed at a set amount of minimum hours each month. Additional hours
are billed accordingly. We have retainer plans for anywhere from
5 to 20 hours/month.
Hourly rates are billed
in 15-minute increments. However there are some projects that may
require different methods of billing - these would include many
of our design projects that require a good deal of brainstorming
and modifications.
For hourly jobs, we
do require a 50% deposit on our formal estimate before work will
begin. Final project files will be delivered upon receipt of the
remaining amount, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Regular office expenses
will be the responsibility of YourBusyBee.com. Any special supplies
or expenses related to your project will be billed accordingly (we
do not mark up expenses and will provide copies of receipts). These
expenses could include, but are not limited to, postage, letterhead,
copies, and other miscellaneous office needs that are specific to
your job.
