Terms & Conditions

  • Hour rates require a 30-minute minimum.
  • Reimbursable expenses (i.e. postage, and client specific supplies) will be itemized.
  • Rush or emergency jobs may incur a 30% charge, 50% for weekends or holidays.
  • A deposit of 50% may be required for projects over $50.00.
  • Charges for printing costs through an outside printer are billed in advance.
  • Invoices are payable upon receipt.
  • Retainers require a contract agreement, are non-refundable, and billed monthly in advance.
  • Unused retainer hours are rolled over to the second month only.
  • Excess retainer hours are billed at the normal hourly rate.
  • Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards are accepted.
  • Online payment options include check (Qchex), credit card and instant transfer (PayPal)
  • There is a $30 service fee on all returned checks.
  • Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client for all projects except when utilizing proofreading and editing services.
  • Rates & Terms are subject to change.
